Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be entitled to manage the properties you add.

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, and no automated abuse of the AI or email features.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Maintenance schedules, extracted facts, and alerts are generated automatically and provided as guidance only. They may be incomplete or wrong — you are responsible for verifying anything that matters (especially safety- and compliance-related items).

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
